The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location is fantastic, within walking distance to local attractions; the restaurant has good food as well.

That was beautiful hotel set in fairly nice area, near bus stop and avlabari metro station, mountain, and the airport. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from scenic ruins was favourable and perfect. The staff was amicable, the room was good sized with comfortable bed, everything was really good.

The hotel's location near Avlabari Metro Station made it convenient for our tours and exploring Old Tbilisi. The room was clean and smelled fresh, and the balcony provided a great spot to relax and take in the fine view of the river and mountains. The homecooked breakfast was delicious, and the owner, Irakli, was very accommodating throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Tbilisi.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, down a narrow street, right in the center of the city. the rooms are well, prepared and cozy, with all the necessary amenities. Guests can enjoy a breathtaking view of the city from the terrace while sipping on home, made wine. the staff is accommodating and friendly, providing delicious home, made breakfast every day. the room is spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a perfect place to stay.

Though the entrance requires guests to climb around 20 steps, it is still a great value for the price.

The breathtaking view from the balcony and the terrace was the best part of our romantic escape. The new clean rooms were spotless, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pick-up service from the airport was a key advantage, and the complimentary wine on arrival was a great touch. We also enjoyed the lovely breakfast served on the terrace with the spectacular view.

We were disappointed to find that there were no eating joints or supermarkets in the area, making it difficult to find a decent meal. the hotel did not have a visible signboard, making it hard to locate.
